About Logan

Logan Bashore (b. 2007) is a Christian percussionist, composer, and educator from Florida. He serves as a Percussion Instructor and Music Designer for the East Lake Silver Sound (East Lake High School) and is currently studying at St. Petersburg College.

Logan began his musical journey on piano at a young age before expanding his studies to percussion. His continued involvement in music led him to the marching arts, where he began to establish himself as a performer, composer, and leader. He is an alumnus of the Tarpon Springs Leadership Conservatory for the Arts (TSLCA), where he served as battery section leader and center snare. He also performed as a snare drummer with Infinity 3 Percussion in 2026. During his time in the activity, Logan performed nationally at events including BOA Grand Nationals, WGI World Championships, and the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Logan has been committed to composing and arranging for a wide range of ensembles, with his work reaching both national and international audiences. His work has been commissioned across the United States and the Philippines, including a commission from percussion performer and influencer EMCProductions. He was also a featured performer in Luke Pickman’s 2025 Worldwide Orchestra, a YouTube collaboration featuring 600+ musicians. Additionally, Logan earned consistent Superior ratings as a snare drummer and marimbist through his participation in FBA Solo & Ensemble, most notably receiving a Superior with Distinction at State for his performance of Undertale Variations in 2025.

Logan received several honors throughout his time at TSLCA, including the Commitment to Excellence Scholarship (Russ & Lu Tardif) in 2022, the Percussion Director’s Award in 2024, and the Most Outstanding Senior Percussionist Award in 2025. He was also recognized as Infinity 3 Performer of the Year in 2026.
